Biembibre is the name of the team we played today! We won, i forgot the score i never look at the score as long as were on top thats all that matters to me! So we won. Guess what our pregame meal was....you guessed it, candy! I was so tired before the game I felt like i was gonna pass out literally and you can probaly guess why! I just said to myself, Lord your gonna have to get me through this one. And He did! The gym was so hot, I almost could not breathe. But dont think I am complaining, I am just telling you of what I experienced, from my point of view.
Once I got on the court I was good! I started. I almost did not want to start tho because I wanted to see how the game was gonna flow. Dont forget everyone speaks spanish, including my coach. However the general manager, her name is Cata, she translates for me right now, that is. She said in a month she will no longer translate for me. Oye! Let me not forget to tell you, I am no longer Erod. I am "Li Li". Haha I always been Lee Lee, my family has always called me that since I been a baby, but to the basketball world I have always been Erod! Now in Spain I am Li Li. I told my teammates my name, in Spanish its pronounced Alaya, they said what else do we call you, I said Erod, they said huh??? I said E-Rod. To them it was A-rrrrod. Then one of them said no we call you Li Li. So now the whole team calls me Li Li. And when we were in the locker room Cata said my whole name when she was passing out jerzies, #11, Eleia (Alaya). They said, quien es Alaya? (Who is Eleia) Cata said Li Li. They said awwww Li Li!!!! Just like at UK if you was to go up to someone and said have you seen Eleia? Most people would say who??? Then you said Erod! They wud say oh Erod, she's over there! lol And you should hear my non English speakin coach, Li Li! Li Li! Li Li the oder side!!! jaoidfjaojfoaiffoasoiajojdfoijsfojaofjod Li Li ijljdflajflsdfalfldfldlj the oder side! hahahahahaha lol He cant speak much english but he can say Li Li!!!!!!!!
Anyways, the game was fun, it felt good to kill some girls on the court again. They were an experienced team so I hope we can keep beating more experienced teams, that will be fun. Well Biembibre was about 2 hours away from Lugo, it was nice to drive and see more of the country of Spain. I seen a Shell gas station, almost felt like i was at home! Never thought I would be saying this, but I am glad to be back in Lugo.
Hasta Luego,
thank you for stepping into the Erod Experience!
Chow!
